9.4.3 Minor changes

Sometimes Alice will make minor changes: if she thinks the change she made will not affect the French variant she can uncheck the "major change" box.  For example, Alice typed "bak" instead of "back" in the home page document. She unchecks "major change" before saving the document, and when Bob checks the translation management tool, the French document will not be marked as "not in sync".
